Women's Circle

Join me with an open heart and mind for an evening of connection. We will embrace the energy of winter and slow down and reflect on the year and what we have learned from our challenges and celebrate ourselves. We will let go of what no longer serves us to create space for whats coming in the spring.

Bring a journal and a pen, I will guide you through many practices like yoga, ecstatic dance, breathwork, and meditation. We will also take time for journaling, conversation and ritual.
