Presence in Prague is a slow, mindful walking experience through the city, designed to help you step out of rush and into the present moment. We move gently through Prague, with space to pause, breathe, and truly connect with the environment and yourself. Along the way, I offer simple guided meditations and grounding moments, as well as optional journaling prompts for reflection. It’s an invitation to experience the city not just as a place to see, but as a space to feel, notice, and be present in.

Along the way, we may also explore simple earth-based practices, including herbalism, grounding, and working with natural elements and connecting with the energy of the place. We will visit St. Barboras cathedral and have a local czech dinner
