About the event
The event is held at the Beautiful new Mothergood Studio in Vinohrady. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring a journal and pen for reflection.
The circle is a space to slow down, connect, and feel held. We will move our bodies, work with our breath and discuss our emotions. The space is designed to create a place to share if you feel called to or to listen and hold space for other women. Nothing is expected of you, it is a place to be who you are. The space is phone free and a container to let go of the worries of the external world and focus on looking within.
This circle lands on the full moon, we will honor this moon phases with ritual and cover the topic of emotions and what it means to feel. We will also celebrate the change of seasons and the death of winter.…
