About the event
On Friday February 13th we will come together in Circle to embrace the stillness of winter and connect with our feminine energy. We will begin will gentle movement, some yoga stretches and we will dance intuitively in the dark to awaken our inner feminine energies and to look within. This is a time to let loose and feel into the body, will will work with the breath as well as meditation. We will share whats coming up in our lives and connect and support each other. I will incorporate tarot into the evening as well to offer guidance on our journey. February is the perfect time to sit in stillness and reflect on the past and prepare for the future.
